Basic Account Information
In order to join the SOTELLIT community, you must register on our site. The information that we require in the signup process includes your email address and password. These are also required when you log into your account.

Upon registering as a member of a SOTELLIT, you will be able to view more details regarding the operations and services of the site. In order to being using the services offered by SOTELLIT-- connecting with Advisors via call, chat, or sms, and purchasing store products-- you must provide additional information like your address and phone number.
Credit Card Information
When you contact a SOTELLIT Advisor or order a product or service through our service, you will be asked to provide your credit card information.

To Communicate With You
The email address provided upon registration as a SOTELLIT member will be used to send you emails periodically. These emails will consist of updates on SOTELLIT as a company, notifications of changes made to your account, responses to your requests, and special offers. NOTE: You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by unsubscribing following guidelines listed in emails.

The information we collect at SOTELLIT helps us in providing you with smooth transactions for contacting Advisors as well as purchasing services on our platform.
How Is Your Information Protected?
We use a secure server to protect your personal information. SOTELLIT also utilizes a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transmit personal and credit card details-- which are converted into SOTELLIT's payment provider's data warehouse. The only people with access to this data are authorized personnel. Your credit and financial details will never be stored on our servers after you've completed your transaction.

Sharing Information With Third Parties
SOTELLIT values our customer's privacy and the information they share with us on the site. We only share information with third parties when necessary; to allow communication between clients and advisors, processing credit transactions, and providing customer service requests. NOTE: Your information will never be made public or sold without your explicit permission. You agree that any dispute will be governed by the law of the State of Louisiana, without reference to the choice of law or conflicts of law principles thereof, and will be subject to the terms and limitations of the User Agreement or any other agreement we may have with you. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is judged to be illegal, void or unenforceable due to applicable law or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction it shall be deemed deleted and the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions will not be prejudiced.

Average Call Time is a feature that allows Operators and Customers to know, hear and /or see each others average call time based on a calculation of previous call(s).

Adviser Quality Assurance and Call Answering Compliance System:

At SOTELLIT.COM we understand the need for on-going due diligence in order provide the best possible experience for both clients and advisers. To this end we have developed an exclusive and proprietary missed call module. Our missed call module tracks all calls connected through the SOTELLIT.COM system and penelizes any advsier that misses the call. The SOTELLIT.COM missed call system is unique in the fact that we do not remove advisers that miss calls nor do we set the adviser's account to inactive status. Instead we have devloped a state of the art system that places the missed call into a 160 hour queue. Each missed call will require 160 hours of logged on time with call status ON in order to be removed from the missed call queue. During this time the adviser's profit percentage will be reduced 10% from their going rate per minute for each missed call. The SOTELLIT.COM missed call system is Trademarked.
